I'd love to know what his backroom team are doing as well. Not quite sure what Nikola Jurcevic actually does or the rest of the coaching staff for that matter. Dicksy is the perfect example on why most legends shouldn't go back. He may have given 110% on the pitch but he wasn't exactly a dream in training so how can he bollock players for not enough effort in training when he hopped on to a milk float whilst on a long run with Frankie Mac back in the day!!!!

With all the TV money surely getting rid now is the best way forward? Never been a fan of sacking early but this is not just the first 3 games is it? It is a rotten run going back to last season.

For all the wins against the yids, Chelsea etc that does not compensate for consistency. All that shows is that a team can only get up for bigger games.

The goals conceded lead a lot of jornos and pundits to conclude that we have a poor defence. We don't. The problem is in midfield, where Bilic plays journeymen and teenagers ahead of better players. Kouyate and Lanzini dropped today in favour of Rice and Fernandes says it all.

We have a fantastic squad now, capable of finishing top 6, but not under Bilic, who is absolutely clueless. His lack of ambition is sucking the joy out of watching West Ham...

Yep agree with Camel, the fact that Obiang can't get ahead of Noble in midfield is enough of a sackeable offence.
Ayew & Fernandes look totally "lost" in whatever set up we have.
Last season we played 3 CBs and suddenly looked defensively capable but now we've gone back to a backline of four which doesn't work with our personnel.

The midfield is still the major worry for me as there is no potency or passing ability in there to worry anyone. And this has gone on for over a year now. Antonio is the only player we can rely upon to beat a man and cause havoc.
What was apparent to me at Cheltenham was whenever we got into advanced positions we couldn't cross the ball with accuracy. That happens across midfield now. Today I saw mainly ping pong headers in midfield & passes backwards.

Total mess....
